July 27 (KNO) : Srinagar police seeks help of general public in identifying a specially abled person, rescued by security forces during night patrolling.
During night patrolling, security forces found a specially abled person (apparently deaf and dumb) roaming in the area and later handed him to Police Station Nowgam.
